Recruitment Process

Cotech Recruitment values itself on its good quality recruitment process to provide the best candidates for every client’s specific requirement. Our duty is to interview candidates in advance of submitting their details to a client so that the views of both parties match.

 

Permanent

Candidates are accessed by Cotech Recruitment using the following processes.

 
  • We thoroughly interview each and every relevant candidate.
  • We write a formatted CV for them for easy comparison between their details.
  • We take references given by previous line managers.
  • We make sure that every candidate understands the opportunity of the role, the company and the career opportunities.
 

Temporary/Freelance

The process for freelance involves interviewing temporary candidates over the phone due to short turn-around. References will also be taken for temporary. Cotech Recruitment has a substantial database of potential candidates for short notice positions arising.

 

Updating Information

This involves directly contacting both client and candidates by telephone to update their personal records held on our database to increase the validity of candidate information available to our recruitment consultants.
