Andy has over twenty years experience recruiting for the UK construction market. Full of enthusiasm and inspiration, Andy heads the Cotech team. Responsible for the Administration and finance team, Martina also has a growing responsibility for training and marketing admin. She has been actively involved in the recruitment industry for over thirteen years, and for the last ten years as a Partner of Cotech Recruitment. 

Having worked with Cotech since June 1997, Sarah is responsible for the accounts administration. She is dedicated to ensuring all temps are paid correctly and on time.
