Site Managers - Middlesex
The following are urgent requirements for Site Managers and Finishing Forepersons for a Major New Hotel Development. Please respond confirming your availabilty and relevant experience quoting reference 0909-6
Site Managers
Ground Floor & Mezzanine level – This incorporates conference facilities, restaurant, leisure and spa, reception, atrium with chandelier hanging from the ceiling of the 6th storey, reception desks, marble flooring i.e. everything ‘front of house’ which the guests will see!
Will be responsible for approximately £5M of work, taking the project from the structural phase through to finishes. All the required site managers will need a background and experience of high quality projects. Will need to be able to liaise and offer practical solutions to Interior Designers, and able to manage either multiple fit out contractors or one major fit out contractor, yet to be appointed.
West, North and East areas – Each area is approximately £5M in project value
Each area is 4 Stories high, consisting of approximately 130 bedrooms, with corridors and stairwells. The 4th floor is the executive rooms and in the East area, there are also conference facilities.
Looking for a Site Manger to be responsible for each of these 3 areas. All the site managers will be competitive drivers, production orientated, and who will manage their FF and their subcontractors effectively.
