As a result, there is a requirement to recruit an additional Project Surveyor to join the existing commercial Team. reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for managing the commercial function of projects with values ranging from £5m-£40m

You will ideally be based within daily commute of Reading, and have a track record of commercial success in education and / or commercial projects.
