We are working with our Client, a major UK Contractor with a healthy and diverse workload, to source a key member of the Business Mangement team.

This is a very important recruit for the business, and is part of the long term growth strategy plan. You will have experience of winning and delivering major projects, from feasability to final account, and be comfortable presenting at and reporting to National Group Board level.

Based in Central London, Our Client is looking for a candidate who lives within or is prepared to relocate to within reasonable commuting of the Central London office, as site activity is generally inside the M25.

Projects are typically in excess of £20m in value, and range from Health & Education, to Leisure, retail and commercial New Build & Refurbishment.

This is a new post which has been created by growth in their turnover, and is considered by the business to be a very high profile and important step in their growth management.
