Our Client is a large main contractor, specialising in Education, Health, Leisure and Civic works. Based in Surrey, they have a strong record of consistant growth and profit, and a dynamic and forward thinking attitude to Construction.

As part of the strategic development of their business, a requirement has been identified for an accomplished Manager with a depth of knowledge and understanding of Public Sector Education procurement. The role centres specifically on the development and management of the client relationship throughout the pre construction process, working with the client and or clients representatives to provide advice, guidance and proactive support to the development of projects as they turn from concept to reality. You will be heavily involved with the operational team during the tender / Bid development, taking responsibility for analysis of contractual risk and management of, and also have a controlling eye on the prelim build up costs as the project is developed through its initial stages.

You will report to the existing Pre Construction Director, and be based in the regional office.
